Acceptance of terms
BillXM is operated by BillXM LLC (“BillXM,” “we,” “us”), a CelesiumAI Studio venture based in Houston, Texas. By accessing or using BillXM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use BillXM.
Description of the service
BillXM is an informational tool that analyzes medical bills and highlights potential discrepancies by comparing charges against published rates and billing rules. Bills are processed in real time and are not retained on our servers. AI analysis is performed using the Anthropic API (Claude models).
Not legal, medical, or financial advice
BillXM does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. Its output is informational only and does not create any professional relationship. You should consult a qualified attorney, medical professional, or financial advisor before acting on anything BillXM produces.
No guarantee of outcomes
BillXM does not guarantee any specific savings, reductions, or outcomes. Results depend on the accuracy of the information you provide and on factors outside our control, including the practices of your provider or insurer. Analysis may contain errors or omissions.
User responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree to use BillXM only for lawful purposes and only with bills you are authorized to submit. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and you may not use it to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
Payment terms
Where paid features are offered, payments are processed by Stripe. BillXM does not store your full card details. Pricing and features may change at any time. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
BillXM, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by BillXM LLC and its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any ownership of the service. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to process it and return your results.
Disclaimer of warranties
BillXM is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillXM LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or savings, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date below. Your continued use of BillXM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
